Dr. Ethel Chiles

During her leadership and management career with one of the top Fortune 500 banking institutions, Dr. Chiles embraced the opportunity to lead, coach, and manage teams in several areas throughout Operations.  During her twenty-three years of service in banking, she provided leadership to employees ranging from fifteen to seventy five staff members. Dr. Chiles emerged from a Business Analyst position to Vice President of Operations. She provided excellent customer service, leadership, and guidance to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. 

Dr. Chiles received a strong foundation in leadership through her education achievements. She graduated from North Carolina Agricultural & Technical State University, where she earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. Because of her passion for Leadership and Management, she completed her MBA degree from Capella University.  She persevered to earn a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Management from Walden University.  The research results provided an in-depth understanding of the expectations of  job satisfaction based on three common leadership styles. Through this experience, she gained  expertise in leadership and organizational change.

Dr. Chiles' comprehensive knowledge and experience of the business professional industry has derived from solid training of over forty years. It was through these work-based learning experiences that she acquired the skills needed to achieve her professional goals. Dr. Chiles' educational and career journey led to aspirations and opportunities to help others to succeed in the business world. Thus, she incorporated Chiles’ Career Coaching Services, LLC.
